Alpine Side-by-Side Rentals
Rental Location: 160 US-89, Alpine, WY 83128 (the parking lot in front of Engel & Volkers) Dates: May 15th - September 30th All Side-by-Side's are street legal, so you can leave straight from our location. NOTE: Due to the remote location, pre-paid gas fees are required. You will not be able to fill up the tank yourself. Required Pre-Pay Gas Fees (does not include taxes) : 2-Hour $20 | 4-Hour $40 | Full Day $60
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
• You must be 25 years or older to rent a SXS • All drivers must be 16 with a valid driver's license • Children must be at least 4 ft tall or can place their feet on the floorboard while sitting in the side-by-side • All rentals come with a full tank of gas and there is a required gas fee for us to refill the SXS after your rental • $3,000 Credit Card Authorization Per SBS is required • Optional damage waivers are available for $55 Per SBS / 2-seater deductible is $3,000 / 4-seater deductible is $4,000
CANCELLATION POLICY & OTHER INFORMATION
• Customers will receive a full refund or credit if cancellation happens 48 hours or more prior to trip departure or start time. • Inside the 48 hour cancellation period, 100% is due and is non-refundable. • Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. • Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. • No-shows will be charged the full price.
