Dave was born and raised in Saginaw, MI, where his love for snowmobiles first developed. In February 2006, David and a few friends embarked on a four-day snowmobile adventure in Jackson Hole, WY, and that experience changed his life forever. The same year, he packed up and moved to Jackson Hole to start his journey with OFF_GRID Experiences. Now in his 16th year in Jackson Hole, David feels truly blessed to have turned his passion into his job.

Allison is originally from South Carolina, but after a few trips out West, moved to the area permanently after graduating college. Her love of the imposing mountains, wide open spaces, and cool dry air has made her incapable of calling any other place home. She has been working (and playing) in the snowmobile and tourism industry here in Jackson for the last two decades. When not working, Allison enjoys floating the river in her drift boat, water skiing on Palisades Lake, and heading for the coast during off-season months. At Off Grid, Allison is an integral part of making sure the business runs smoothly from behind the scenes and loves when all of the pieces come together for the best customer experience on all levels!

Mikey is originally from Eureka, Missouri and has been fishing ever since he was in diapers. Growing up in the Mid-west, he spent most of his spring and summer days chasing catfish, bass, bluegill, and crappie. Mikey is the 6th of 7 children but his two older brothers changed his angling life by teaching him how to fly fish. In high school Mikey traveled the globe fishing on the U.S. National Youth Fly Fishing Team. In 2008, he placed 9th individually out of 60 competitors in the World Championships held in Portugal. Mikey graduated with a Communications degree from DePauw University in the spring of 2011 where he played four years of varsity football. Whether you are a seasoned veteran or a complete beginner, Mikey will share his knowledge of the outdoors with anyone who steps in his boat. Mikey’s sense of humor and easy going attitude make for a great day on the water no matter what the fishing conditions are like. Mikey lives in Jackson with his wife, Jessica, and daughter Etta.

Taylor, our management team member, originally hails from Alabama. She came to Wyoming for an internship in Hospitality Management and fell in love with the Teton Mountain Range, which she had the pleasure of having in her "backyard" for a summer. After graduating in 2012, she immediately moved back to Jackson Hole that same winter. Taylor has worked with her current management team for over 10 years, and needless to say, they work great together! Taylor and her husband are now raising two crazy toddler boys in Bozeman, MT, but Jackson Hole will always be her second home. She loves talking to people about Jackson and ensuring that they have a fantastic experience.

Dan grew up in the Adirondack and Finger Lake Regions of New York, and his passion for the outdoors and motor sports led him to pursue a career in Wyoming after traveling the world and earning an engineering degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. Dan has been living in Jackson for four years and spends most of his time exploring the area by bike, motorcycle, and snowmobile. He is certified in CPR, Wilderness First Aid, and Winter Avalanche Rescue.

Originally from Connecticut, Dakota has been guiding snowmobile and fly fishing trips for eight years in Jackson Hole. He came to the West initially for fishing but stayed for skiing and snowmobiling. He loves hunting, ice fishing, skiing, and floating rivers when he's not on a snowmobile. Dakota enjoys guiding snowmobile trips because each day is a different adventure into the wilderness, chasing wildlife, deep snow, or technical terrain. Most days he spends trying to be Off Grid!

As a native of Ohio, Tim Blankenship has been guiding in and around the mountains of Jackson, WY, since 2014. He came to the West with a biology degree, looking for a job that would keep him active and outdoors. Guiding allows him to do just that, and he now guides year-round while enjoying his life with his wife and two kids. He is committed to sharing his love for the Tetons with his guests and plans to call Jackson home for many years to come.

Originally from Eastern Tennessee, Chris has been guiding for eight seasons. He worked as a senior staff photographer for Bass Pro Shops for 27 years before moving to the Teton area to pursue his passion for photography. He loves working as a guide in Wyoming because it keeps him outdoors in a cool climate and allows him to meet people from all over the world while they experience the outdoors.

Sam is a Jackson local who has been guiding for two winter seasons. He spends his free time tinkering with cameras, drones, and HAM radio when he's not guiding. Sam loves guiding because it allows him to share unforgettable experiences with new people every day. He has been in the area for 34 years and believes that there are few places that are better.

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Jim has been living in Jackson for twelve years and has spent the last seven winters guiding snowmobile trips. He spends his summers rafting and hiking with his family and loves spending his workday outside in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.

Rhys Brown has been guiding fishing trips for 12 years and snowmobile trips for nine years. Originally from Santa Cruz, CA, Rhys came to Jackson Hole to pursue his passion for fishing and has never looked back. He enjoys fishing, camping, and golfing in the summer and snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter. Rhys loves guiding because it allows him to share his passion for the outdoors, and there is no other place in the world he would rather work.
